Anyone know of any good websites or books that could help an expecting mother with things like diet tips, excercises, and related issues? Thanks in advance.

after you have the baby...maybe even before...read "becoming babywise" it is a very quick read and i have read it a few times. it totally changed the way i was raising the baby after about the 5th month and i turned out to have an excellent eater and sleeper because of it. i only wish i had read it sooner. i recommend it strongly to all my friends who are having a baby and sometimes when i talk to people who are having this prob or that with their baby. GL!!
